Inventory & sales ERP

Know your stock. Track every sale through to payment.

ChamberQ is an inventory and sales management system for trading and wholesale businesses. Purchases, stock in every warehouse, deliveries, invoices and customer payments are kept in one place instead of separate spreadsheets.

Owned and operated by Tasman Tech And Trade Limited. Built on ERPNext.

Why ChamberQ

From scattered records to one source of truth

Trading businesses often keep stock in one sheet, sales in another and dues in a notebook. ChamberQ connects them.

Today

Nobody is sure how many units are in the main store versus the showroom.

With ChamberQ

Stock is updated by every receipt, transfer and delivery, and reported per warehouse.

Today

Each sale is typed again into the delivery challan, the invoice and the dues list.

With ChamberQ

An invoice is created from its delivery note, and a payment from its invoice. No retyping.

Today

Finding out who still owes money means adding up old invoices by hand.

With ChamberQ

The receivables report shows each customer's outstanding amount, updated as payments arrive.

Capabilities

What you can do in ChamberQ

Stock across warehouses

See quantities and stock value for every item in every warehouse, and move goods between locations with transfers.

Purchases and suppliers

Keep supplier records and receive goods with purchase receipts that add stock at its purchase cost.

Sales and deliveries

Record what leaves the warehouse with delivery notes. Stock goes down the moment goods are delivered.

Invoices in Taka

Turn a delivery into a sales invoice in one step, with amounts in BDT and the company's legal name on the document.

Payments and customer dues

Record cash, cheque or transfer payments against invoices and see what each customer still owes.

Business reports

Stock balance, stock ledger, sales register, item-wise sales, receivables and payables reports.

Access by role

Inventory and sales staff can record receipts, deliveries, invoices and payments, but cannot cancel posted documents, post journal entries or change company settings. Those stay with managers.

How it works

Purchase, stock, sale, payment

Each step creates the next from the same record, so quantities and amounts carry through without being typed again.

  1. Receive goods

Record the supplier's delivery. Stock increases in the receiving warehouse.

    Purchase receipt
  2. Hold stock

See balances per warehouse and transfer goods between your locations.

    Stock balance & transfer
  3. Deliver and invoice

Deliver to the customer, then create the invoice from that delivery.

    Delivery note → Sales invoice
  4. Get paid

Record the payment against the invoice. The customer's due is cleared.

FAQ

Common questions

Is ChamberQ an appointment or queue system?

No. Despite the domain name, ChamberQ is an inventory and sales management system for trading businesses.

How is ChamberQ related to ERPNext?

ChamberQ is a configured and hosted deployment of ERPNext, the open-source ERP. ERPNext is developed by Frappe Technologies and licensed under the GNU GPL v3. Tasman Tech And Trade Limited sets it up and operates it; ChamberQ is not an official Frappe product.

Can I track stock in more than one warehouse?

Yes. Each item's quantity is kept per warehouse, and stock transfers move goods between them. Reports can show one warehouse or all of them.

Can staff use it without access to the accounts?

Yes. The inventory and sales role can create receipts, deliveries, invoices and payments and run stock and sales reports, but cannot cancel posted documents, post journal entries or change company settings.

Where is my business data, and who can see it?

Data is stored on the ChamberQ server operated by TTTL and is reached over HTTPS. Business records are only visible to users who log in, according to their role. The server takes automatic backups of the database and files.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your setup and is discussed when you request a demo.

I already have an account. How do I sign in?

Use ERP login with the email address your administrator registered for you.
