- Demo requests: the name, company, email, phone number, city and message you enter in the request form.
- ERP users: the account details your administrator creates for you (name, email, role) and the business records you and your colleagues enter.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, recorded in server logs for security and troubleshooting. Login sessions use cookies that are necessary for the service to work.
The public website does not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the site.
How we use it
- To reply to demo requests and arrange demonstrations.
- To provide, secure, back up and maintain the ChamberQ service.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Where it is stored
ChamberQ data is stored on servers rented from DigitalOcean in India (Bangalore region), with backups kept by TTTL and by DigitalOcean. Website traffic is handled by Cloudflare.
How long we keep it
